Stefan Donat hands over the baton at DOCUFY to the management team

Bamberg, April 29th, 2022 - The new management trio of DOCUFY GmbH will be led by Nadine Prill as CEO, with Philipp Schulze taking over the duties as COO (Chief Operating Officer) as of May 1st, 2022. As CTO, Dominik Haag will be responsible for the technological development and transformation of DOCUFY products into the DOCUFY Suite.

DOCUFY is a manufacturer of professional software solutions for the management of product information and product intelligence. Its solutions are used particularly in the automotive industry, in mechanical and plant engineering, and in medical technology by major corpora-tions and medium-sized companies. In the summer of 2021, Elvaston Capital Management took over DOCUFY GmbH, with Stefan Donat playing a leading role. Donat was able to suc-cessfully implement the spin-off from the Heidelberg group, which means that the baton can now be passed on. "I am pleased to be able to hand over the DOCUFY Suite into the hands of my young colleagues, who have accompanied and managed the company for years, and I will take on new tasks in the Elvaston environment," says Stefan Donat.

Nadine Prill has already been working as Managing Director (CFO) of DOCUFY GmbH since October 2019. She began her professional career in 2003 with an apprenticeship as a bank clerk and thus acquired a solid foundation in the field of finance. Before joining DOCUFY in June 2016, she deepened her knowledge in project management and controlling and was able to gain initial management experience. She completed her know-how in part-time stud-ies at the European Distance Learning University in Hamburg and holds the title Master of Business Administration (Business Administration and Business Psychology).

Dominik Haag joined DOCUFY in August 2016 as Head of Product Development. He studied mechatronics at Aalen University and worked at KUKA and Navigon in agile project management and development coordination.

Philipp Schulze has been working at DOCUFY since 2010. With his background in business informatics, he has already been able to contribute his experience to numerous projects as a developer, project manager and consultant at DOCUFY. Since 2015, he has been part of the management team as Head of Solutions and is responsible for the project customer business.
