Your responsibilities
You will develop software self dependently in the area of system integration based on our COSIMA platform. This role covers the following responsibilities:
- Capture the customer requirements
- Develop the functional and technical concept
- Describe the scope of delivery in the specification
- Design and implement the software
- Test the software (module, integration and system test)
- Deliver and deploy the software
- Maintain the software
- Support your colleagues with effort estimates, feasibility studies, review of system and test specifications
Your profile
- Degree in computer science, mathematics (or similar subjects) and respectively similar education or experience.
- Several years of experience in software development with Java and XML in the industry. We also look forward to receiving applications of graduates with comparable practical experiences.
- Several years of experience in software development in the area J2EE and Eclipse-Rich-Client-Platform (GUI).
- Several years of experience in software development in the area XSL (FO, HTML, CHM) are advantageous.
- Experience and knowledge in terms of the introduction of application software (e.g. Java, J2EE, XML, data bases) in production environments of the customer is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
- High degree of customer orientation
- Self dependent, goal oriented and well structured working style
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure
- Flexible, with the ability to learn, and motivated to improve things
- Willingness to travel occasionally
