Your responsibilities
Responsible manager of high profile software development projects for our customers of the industry sector. This role covers the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving the objectives of the project: scope, milestones, quality and cost
- Primary point of contact for the customer
- Planning, coordination, control and progress tracking of the project
- Leading the project team
- Risk management
- Status reporting
- Budget control
Your profile
- Degree in computer science, mathematics (or similar subjects) and respectively similar education or experience.
- At least five years of experience with software development, thereof three or more years as responsible manager of mid-size software development projects in the IT domain.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, through experience in leading project teams, very solid negotiation skills, high focus on achieving results, extraordinary dedication to meet the project objectives.
- Distinct ability to work under high pressure and strong assertiveness
- Flexible, with the ability to learn, and motivated to improve things
- Team player
- Willingness to travel regularly
