Partnership for the development of an editorial system for small and medium-sized companies

The software producer DOCUFY and the documentation service company Kothes! join forces to develop a new XML based editorial system specially-designed for small and medium-sized companies.

The idea of developing jointly roots in the problem that the introduction of an XML based editorial system is often linked with high initial costs for DTD development, style sheets and configuration. The new partners want to eliminate these costs by developing standards which can be adopted without further changes by a wide range of companies. The XML editorial system COSIMA will be the basis. COSIMA is already in use and field-tested by big players such as Daimler, Volvo or Viessmann.
COSIMA will be broadened by a standard DTD and style sheets for output in PDF, CHM, HTML and Word. Altogether the package will be sold and branded as COSIMA go!
At the moment COSIMA go! is already in use in several projects.
